Dear Family,

This week was a busy one! But then again when is there not a busy week in the life of a Missionary! ha ha.

Rickey got to speak in a high council priesthood meeting for the stake and shared his conversion story! 

We are now teaching one of his friends!

Heavenly Father must really love me, because he knows how much I love Halloween. So this year he is blessing me by letting me go to the temple!!! Our zone is taking a temple trip this Thursday! I am so excited! It is much needed, and I have lots of things to reflect on and questions to ask! I know it will bring me a lot of peace!

MLC is Friday, so I will be driving up to Lubbock twice this week! ha. I will be teaching at MLC as well! I am a little nervous and intimidated to be teaching all these amazing Zone Leaders and sister Training leaders throughout the mission! I have learned so much since I've had leadership positions out on the mission and its really humbled me in many ways.

Its amazing how the spirit softens hearts. I have seen that time and time again throughout my mission and I saw it again this week. The first time you teach them, they aren't really listening or open to the spirit, but as we have come back they now are beginning to listen and have the curiosity to find out for themselves. I see many tender mercies and it just strengthens my testimony of this gospel more and more.
